Which policies are changing?
We have made revisions to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We have also added a new Cookie Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

What do you need to do? 
There's no action required on your end - we wanted to make sure you're informed. The new updates are effective April 6, 2020, and by continuing to use our service, you agree to the updated policies. We encourage you to review these revisions. If you have questions related to these updates, please contact support@pixpa.com.

One of our most requested feature - Album Defaults are here. Now you can save Album Defaults for your client albums (album and gallery design and settings, favorites, downloads, eCommerce and much more). Whenever you create a new client album, these defaults are automatically applied on that album, saving you a ton of time. Sweet!

Set your Client Album Defaults

You can now specify the link to which you want to direct users to when they click on the logo/site title in a client album. Choose between website home, album home or specify a custom link to apply on your logo/site title. You can customize this for each client album from the album settings section.

Each client album now has got a Notifications Feed that includes all the activities recorded for that album - logins, favorites, and downloads. You can find the Notification Feed in the Activity section of any client album.

You will also get Email Notifications on this activity. You can set the Email Notifications settings here.

You can now add an Announcement Bar to each client album. Highlight a message, news or offers by showing a full-width announcement bar on the top of the client album. Available in the Album Options section.

Stay on top of everything happening on your website and client galleries

Get an email digest on your website's activities like form submissions, newsletter subscriptions, orders and client gallery activities such as logins, favorites, orders, and downloads. You can set the time for receiving the email updates in your inbox or switch them off.

Plus, all activity notifications are available in a single place in the Pixpa Studio with the new Notifications Feed.

Privacy Controls for Client Albums are now consolidated and available on a separate page in the album options. This makes them easily accessible and also reduces clutter on the album settings page.

We have updated the Stripe integration for Pixpa websites. This has been done as starting in September 2019, a new regulation called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requires businesses in Europe to request additional customer authentication for online payments.

With this update, the Stripe integration with your Pixpa website now fully supports SCA—including exemption logic—and ensures that you only ask customers to provide additional authentication when strictly necessary.
